Service Description
Ashtanga means eight (ashta) limbs (anga). Vinyasa meaning breathing and movement. When put together, it is the movement of the eight limbs or branches of asana or postures combined with our breath or pranayama. The Ashtanga practice will leave your body balanced and strong, mind clear and focused, and soul clean, empowered and free. We will practice the same series of poses in every session using a breath that builds what we call an ‘internal fire’ within the body to deepen your practice and detoxify the body through sweating. Who is this class suitable for: Everyone who likes a challenge, a workout and doesn’t mind getting a little sweaty.
