🍂 Balance & Flow: Autumn Equinox Yoga Workshop 🍂 On Thursday, March 20, 2025, join Aarushi for a special 90-minute yoga workshop celebrating the Autumn Equinox — a powerful moment of balance between day and night 🌕✨ The equinox, happening on this day at 8:01PM, invites us to restore harmony in both body and mind, making it the perfect time to dive into balancing poses that help strengthen, focus, and center us. In this workshop, we will master four balancing poses that align with the season’s energy: 🦅 Eagle Pose (Garudasana): Improve your stability, feel flexible and grounded. 🌙 Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana): Strengthen your core, stretch it all out. 🐦 Crow Pose (Bakasana): Activate your arms, build focus and balance. 🌀 Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana): Open your heart, build strength and confidence.
