Service Description
Join me in this interactive workshop to practise getting into Balancing poses, backbends and inversions safely. In this workshop we will learn about getting there not simply arriving there. We will have plenty of warm up that will allow the body to ease into each posture and plenty of time to rest at the end. Learn the use of the right muscles and how we can strengthen ourselves mind and body to get into poses we fear we cannot. If you have done of these workshops try it again and if you haven't but curious to start please make sure you attend. What to bring? Yoga mat (spares available) Towel Water All other equipment is available at the studio. Please arrive at least 15minutes prior to start time to get comfortable into your space. Much love Sulekha
