Join me, Sulekha for a fun Yoga session paired with some award-winning beer brewed at Big Rock Brewing and enjoy a lovely sunday morning finished with a delicious lunch courtesy Wayfarer kitchen cartel. The Yoga class itself is a soft gentle practice and is suitable for everyone. A few fun poses to challenge you but overall nothing too serious. There is no compulsion on having a drink while you practice. You can save it for after.
