Service Description

Partner Yoga is a fun and wonderful way to challenge yourself. Through this session I will guide you through Yoga postures you can practise with a partner, to enhance your stretch, challenge your bodies and have a fun time while we do so. It is a very interactive session (No sequences) and you will have the time to test or discover your limits. Yoga is most often seen as a solo practise. However, partner yoga offers a unique opportunity to deepen connections, build trust and enhance communication in general. You will have the chance to take your practise to a whole new level. Connecting not just with your own self but trusting your partner to guide you or support you in a posture is about being comfortable and letting go off any fears. You can bring a friend/your own partner along to this session or find a partner when you arrive here. You DO NOT have to be at the same level of practise as your partner. The idea behind this session is to accept the assistance and see where and how your body moulds. What to bring with you? A yoga mat (spares available) Water Towel An open mind and willingness to be adjusted in postures Please note: Couples are welcome to attend this session. However, this is NOT an "Intimate Yoga session" Please arrive at least 15minutes prior to start time to get comfortable and perhaps find yourself a partner.
