Pranayama & Chakra Yoga
Service Description
Join me for this empowering session to balance & cleanse your mind, body, breath & spirit. Our time together will involve the practise of cleansing Yogic Pranayama. These breathing techniques are ancient practices used to cleanse and calm the mind and body. They are used to center ourselves and connect deeper to our higher purpose. Our Chakra asana practise will focus on the seven Chakras and how we can manage them using movement and breath. To finish off the session I will guide you through a Yoga Nidra focusing on awakening, balancing and cleansing these chakras. The session will finish with a delicious Ayurvedic lunch. What to bring with you? A Yoga mat (spares are available) Something comfortable to sit on Water Anything else that comforts you All other equipment required for the session is available at the studio. Please arrive at least 15minutes prior to start time to find yourself a comfortable space to settle in.
