Service Description

One of my favorite sessions. Rolling and Releasing muscle tension, energies and tightness using props. You will walk out feeling refreshed and new. If you have tried this session before and thought "hmmm not for me" maybe try again? We will use tennis balls, blocks and wheels to roll out tightness and muscle tension. You will be guided through the entire session but also given time to explore your own body. What to bring? Yoga Mat (spares available) Towel Water All other props will be provided at the studio. Please arrive atleast 15mins prior to start time to get comfortable in your space. Much love Sulekha
