Women's only Yoga retreat

Service Description

Join me in Burnett Heads for this Women's only Yoga retreat. I would like to share this magical experience with 7 women who would appreciate some time off from day to day life and take some time on for themselves. An empowering 2night retreat designed to energise and cleanse your mind, body and spirit. We will be staying at a beachfront property with breath taking ocean views. Our time together will allow you to fully disconnect from the outside and connect with the inside. You will also have plenty of time to explore the region. Take a walk on the beach, drive over to Mon Repos or Bargara Turtle Park or simply lay on the hammock and read a book while ocean breeze brushes through your hair. Bikes are available at the property if you'd like to ride around the little town. We start our Yoga practise with a beautiful 1.5hr Shakti Yoga session with Sasha at Burnett Heads Massage and Yoga Sanctuary. A short stroll from the house. She will share with us a Yoga session designed for women only and also a fire ceremony at the end. Sasha will also visit the property the next day for massages over looking the ocean. We also have the opportunity for 2 sunrise Yoga sessions on the beach and calming Pranayama and restorative yoga at the property. Delicious and wholesome food will be cooked on site. All meals are included and There will also be plenty of fruit & snacks available to graze on through the day. Tea, coffees and juice is provided. BYO any alcohol or snacks if you wish. I cannot wait to share this wonderful experience with you. Accommodation options 3 x King Rooms with ocean views - $875 per person 2 x Double Beds - $775 per person (Lowers of a bunk bed) 2 x Single beds - $700 per person (uppers of a bunk bed) 3 bathrooms available to share.
