Yogic pushups & squats are a little different to the modern practices. These exercises have been practised for a long time by various athletes and yogis. Join me as I guide you through these practices. These exercises target complete body conditioning and strengthening while you will also gain flexibility. Increase hip mobility, strengthen your upper body and lower body. You are sure to get a good workout and walk out feeling energised. There will be plenty of time for rest and relaxation as always. What to bring? Yoga mat (spares available) Water Towel Please arrive at least 15minutes prior to start time to get comfortable in your space. Much love Sulekha
