Hatha Yoga 

Hatha Yoga is a comprehensive system of physical and mental practices designed to align and calm the body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.

The hatha yoga style is regarded ‘yoga of poses’ as it gives you limitless possibilities to dive into different postures ranging from beginner to advanced level.

Who is the class suitable for?

This class is suitable for anyone new to Yoga or starting their Yoga journey at any age. It is also suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners as there is an option for stronger versions of postures.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that intertwines movement with breathing. This practice is not only about achieving physical flexibility and strength but also about cultivating mindfulness and presence. Vinyasa Flow is characterized by a series of poses that smoothly transition from one to the next, guided by the rhythm of the breath.

Vinyasa Flow is often misunderstood for Power Yoga which in the western practise is Yoga combined with modern strength training.

Who is this class suitable for?

We would like to say everyone, However, we recommend consulting with one of our Gurus if you are new to Yoga.

 

This style of Yoga is suitable for regular practitioners and anyone who likes to break a sweat.

YIN Yoga 

YIN Yoga is a slow-paced practise with floor based postures held for extended periods from 3-5minutes. This style of yoga targets deep connective tissues such as joints, ligaments, fascia, bones etc. It focuses on relaxation, stillness and quieting the mind rather than movement and muscle building

Who is this class suitable for?

Everyone who needs to slow down and quieten the mind. We highly recommend this class for anyone who plays sport or trains heavily at a gym etc.
